These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Site and services. By accessing our Site, completing any form, or clicking “SUBMIT,” you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Grant Application Service Agreement. 1. Agreement to Terms

Authorize AFG Software Corporation – American Funding Group to apply for grants and relief programs on your behalf.

Acknowledge that funding is not guaranteed and that approvals are determined by third-party grantors based on competitive eligibility criteria.

Authorize AFG Corp to charge your selected monthly package amount on the 14th of each month.

You understand that AFG is a grant application service, not a funding provider or grantor, and has no influence over approval decisions.

2. Definition of a Grant

A Grant is government or corporate funding awarded to assist individuals or organizations in providing public services, stimulating the economy, or advancing specific goals.
Unlike loans, grants do not need to be repaid, unless there is a breach of contract or noncompliance with grant conditions.

Grants are awarded based on:

Relevance of the proposed project or business to the grantor’s objectives.

The potential social or economic impact of the funded initiative.

AFG does not issue, distribute, or guarantee grants. Funds are provided solely by independent grantors, such as:

3. AFG Grant Program Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for AFG’s Grant Application Service, you must:

Be a business owner in the United States.

Have an active LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp, and a valid EIN.

Complete AFG’s grant intake form and eligibility questionnaire.

4. Grant Submission and Processing

AFG applies for 1–2 grants per quarter (or as outlined in your selected subscription plan).

The first grant submission typically occurs within 30 days of completing onboarding.

Grantors generally respond within 30–90 days, and if approved, disbursement can take 6–9 months.

6. No Guarantee or Liability

AFG Corp is not the grantor or funding entity.
We do not guarantee approval for any grant or funding opportunity.
Our services are limited to application support, research, and submission assistance.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining your account login and password security.
You agree not to share your credentials or allow unauthorized access.
AFG Corp is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

8. Electronic Communications

By using this Site, you consent to receive communications electronically from AFG via email, SMS, or through the website portal. All agreements, notices, and disclosures delivered electronically satisfy legal requirements for written communications.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

There are no refunds, as all plans are month-to-month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your portal and selecting the “Cancel” option under My Membership.

13. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association.
