Grant Application Service Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between AFG Corp / American Funding Group by clicking submit and completing our online sign up form for our grant program for the purpose of assisting with the preparation and submission of grant applications.

1. Scope of Services

Service Provider will assist Client in identifying eligible grant opportunities, preparing required documents, and submitting applications as agreed.

Services are limited to application support and do not include financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

Service Provider will use best efforts to prepare accurate and complete applications.

Grant approval decisions are made solely by the grantor organization. Service Provider makes no guarantee, promise, or warranty that any application will be approved or funded.

3. Client Responsibilities

Client must provide accurate, timely, and complete information necessary for applications.

Client is responsible for reviewing all submitted materials for accuracy.

4. Fees & Payment

The monthly amount will be the amount that you selected in the sign up form. Please refer to you receipt that was sent after you purchase.

Fees are for preparation and submission services only, regardless of outcome.

5. Consent & Acknowledgment

By agreeing to these terms (online, verbally, or in writing), Client confirms that:

They understand grant funding is not guaranteed.

They authorize Service Provider to submit applications on their behalf.

They have provided truthful and accurate information to the best of their knowledge.
